Responsibilities: •Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the solar industry, including EPC companies, developers, and installers. •Promote and sell Reliance Piles' comprehensive range of solar foundation solutions, including W-beam piles, helical piles, and ground screws. •Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. •Provide excellent customer service and support. •Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications: •3-5 years of proven experience in solar industry sales. •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. •Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. •Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Mechanical Engineer
Job Description: Reliance Piles Inc., a leading manufacturer of solar foundation piles, is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Process Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our manufacturing processes for a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities: •Design, develop, and optimize metal fabrication processes, including production line automation. •Implement and manage PLC-controlled systems for efficient production. •Oversee and improve welding processes to ensure quality and efficiency. •Design and implement shearing and punching processes. •Develop and manage fixtures and tooling for fabrication. •Ensure effective equipment maintenance procedures. •Implement and optimize metal corrosion protection coating processes. •Manage material handling systems for efficient workflow. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. •3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication processes. •Strong knowledge of production line automation. •Proficiency in PLC programming and implementation. •Experience with welding processes and techniques. •Knowledge of shearing and punching operations. •Ability to design and manage fixtures and tooling. •Understanding of equipment maintenance and reliability. •Familiarity with metal corrosion protection coatings. •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. •Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
